Heat first.Cold after.
A sweat house in Dallas. Cedar saunas at 190 degrees, stone plunges at 39, and a quiet med spa upstairs.
Water on hot stone. That is most of the idea.

One round, about half an hour.
Contrast is the whole practice: let the heat open you up, let the cold close you down, then sit still long enough to notice.
- 1Heat
Ten to fifteen minutes in the cedar room at 190°F (shorter your first time), or the infrared suite at 140°F if you like it gentler.
- 2Cold
Two to three minutes in the plunge at 39°F, less on your first visit. Ease in to the waist, then to the shoulders, and keep your head above the water. Long, slow breaths out.
- 3Rest
Ten minutes in the lounge, robe on, phone away. Two rounds fit in the hour-long session; the 75-minute contrast suite leaves time to shower and change without rushing.
Press play to run one round in ten seconds.
First visit: a short waiver at check-in. Shower before the plunge, drink water between rounds, no alcohol, 18 and up. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, check with your doctor first.
Upstairs, it gets quieter.
A small physician-led med spa above the heat. Our delegating physician's name and Texas license number are posted in every room, and each treatment is given by the licensed professional it calls for. Book it on its own or right after a round, when you are already slowed down.
