Keys, pets and supplies.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a code or a key. We lock up and text when we are done.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. All supplies and equipment are included, plant-based where it makes sense.
What about pets?
Love them. Tell us their names when you book.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. They are our own employees, not contractors, background-checked before their first shift. We carry general liability insurance and a janitorial bond. A real build lists the actual policy here.
Is there anything you won't clean?
We work from a two-step stool, so no ladders or high fixtures. We don't move heavy furniture, and we don't take on biohazards, mold or pest problems. Tell us about anything fragile or irreplaceable.
