Week 14 check-in. What went well: Walked before work, 4 of 5 mornings. Said no to the Thursday call. What got in the way: Late night Wed, so no walk Thu. Kept checking email in bed. Next week I want: Mornings for the draft, not meetings. Finish it by Friday.
Your words become your plan.
On Sunday you write what went well and what got in the way. Noor reads it, marks what stands out, and by Monday the actions you chose are in your portal. Scroll, or press play.

How coaching works.
One coach, one client, and a rhythm simple enough to keep when the week gets loud.
- 1
An intro call
Twenty minutes by video. Tell Noor what's going on. You'll get an honest answer about whether coaching is the right help right now. Noor is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
- 2
Sessions
Fifty minutes, every week or every other week. By video, or on a walk if you're nearby and don't mind being out in public. You bring what matters this week; the plan keeps the thread. Coaching runs in three-month blocks: $750 a month for weekly sessions, or $450 a month for every other week, both with weekly check-ins and follow-ups. We start with a short written agreement covering how we work, privacy and fees. Either of us can end it at any time.

The week in between
A check-in on Sunday, a plan on Monday, one short follow-up midweek. That's where most of the change actually happens.
Coaching looks forward: goals, habits, decisions. It isn't therapy, medical advice or a crisis service. If what you're dealing with needs a therapist or a doctor, Noor will say so on the intro call and help you find one.
Between sessions, nothing gets lost.
Your portal holds everything you've written and everything you've agreed. It's private to you and Noor. Noor shares nothing without your written OK, except where the law requires it or someone's safety is at risk. That's written into our agreement.
- Sunday
A check-in in your own hand
Write on paper and snap a photo, or type it in. Either way it stays in your words.
- Monday
Your plan for the week
Noor reads every check-in and reflects back the four or five things you said you'd do, each one tied to a line you wrote.
- Wednesday
One follow-up
A short note about the thing most likely to slip. Reply in a word, or don't. It still counts.
- Before you meet
No starting from zero
Before each session, your last plan, how it went and what you wrote sit together on one page.
Noor, 12:40How are the mornings going? One word is fine.
You, 12:52Three for three.
Noor, 12:55Good. Same again tomorrow.
- Kept
- Draft mornings, three for three. Walks Monday to Wednesday. Phone in the kitchen.
- Slipped
- Screens off on Wednesday
- In your words
- mornings felt like mine again
Book an intro call.
Twenty minutes by video. You talk, Noor listens, and you both decide whether it fits. A name, an email and a line or two below is all it takes to ask.
Thanks, .
Demo only: nothing was sent. If this practice were real, Noor would now email you to find a time for the call.
