How does the deposit work?
A refundable hold on your credit card, not a charge. Released within three business days of return. Extra miles, fuel, charging and tolls are charged separately to your card, with photos first.
How old do I need to be?
25 or older, with a valid driver’s license held for at least two years and a credit card in your name.
How many miles are included?
100 a day, pooled across the booking. Extra miles are charged at the rate in your quote, from $1.50 to $4 a mile depending on the car.
Where do you deliver?
Within 30 miles of our garage: homes, offices, hotels and private aviation terminals, where we meet you ramp-side. For airline flights at DFW and Love Field, we meet you in the airport’s approved garage or lot, never at the curb, and any airport access fee is passed through at cost and shown before you book. Further on request.
What if my flight is late?
Give us your flight number and we track it. We move the handover to your new arrival time, at no charge.
What about tolls?
Every car has a TollTag. Local tolls are passed through at cost on your final receipt, with no admin fee.
Fuel and charging?
Gas cars go out full; bring them back full or we refill at the pump price plus $25. Electric cars go out at 80% or more; bring them back at 70% or more, or we charge a flat $35.
Smoking and pets?
No smoking or vaping. Pets in a carrier are fine. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if the car needs more than a normal detail.
