These terms cover your use of quvlo.co. Quvlo is a one-person web design studio run by Kyle Chalk in Dallas, Texas. By using the site you agree to them. Nothing can be bought on this site: any project work is agreed separately, in writing.

Projects are agreed in writing

Quvlo designs and builds websites, booking, CRMs and the automations behind them. Every project starts with a call and a written quote or agreement that sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and who owns what. That written agreement is what governs the work. Nothing on this site, including anything the AI concierge says, is an offer, a quote or a promise of a price or a date.

The AI concierge

The chat on the homepage is an AI that helps you describe your project before a call. Its replies can be wrong or incomplete, and it is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. It never quotes prices; the call does that. Please use it for its purpose: don’t try to misuse it, overload it or get it to do anything other than help scope a project. Quvlo may limit or switch off the chat at any time. How chats are stored is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Studio Work

The sites under Studio Work (quvlo.co/work) are concepts for made-up businesses, built to show what Quvlo can make. The businesses, people, prices, offers and booking details on them are fictional, much of the imagery and footage is AI-generated, and their forms send nothing. They are not offers of any product or service.

The content of this site

The design, code, writing and images on quvlo.co belong to Quvlo unless marked otherwise. You’re welcome to look and to share links; please don’t copy the site or its pieces to pass them off as your own.

No warranties, limited liability

This site and everything on it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Quvlo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
